The British counter-terrorist unit found explosive charges on Tuesday at Heathrow Airport in London, City Airport, and the central Waterloo train station.The three devices, sent to Heathrow and London City airports and Waterloo train station earlier in the day, "appear capable of igniting an initially small fire when opened," London's Metropolitan Police said.British authorities fear that those who planted the explosive devices tried to carry out a combined attack at several sites simultaneously. Fortunately, no one was injured during the neutralization of the explosive devices, and there was no delay in the services of the airports and railway stations.The Met Police Counter Terrorism Command is treating the incidents as a linked series and is keeping an open mind regarding motives," the British police said in a statement.
