The first phase of implementation will include monetary and fuel transfers to Gaza, funded by Qatar, as well as an extension of Gaza's fishing zone to 15 nautical miles from the coast.
In return, Hamas is expected to adhere to a ceasefire, reduce protests along the border with Israel, and cease launching incendiary balloons into Israeli territory.
