For second straight day, TA residents rally against High Court decision to change migrant policy

For the second time in as many days, residents of southern Tel Aviv, an area hit hard by the influx of illegal immigrants from Africa, rallied against a September 22 decision by the High Court to scrap key parts of Israel's migrant policy.
The court ruled to close the county's "open" detention facilities in the south and halted certain limitations on illegal migrants' mobility.
Dozens of residents and right wing protestors marched from the Hatikvah neighborhood in the south of the city towards a well known park near the central bus station.
The protestors blocked a major street, as they did the previous night.
