The Tel Aviv District Court ruled late Sunday that Labor MK Eitan Cabel could seek chairmanship of the Histadrut Labor Federation in the May 22 race against incumbent Ofer Eini, despite Cabel not paying membership dues for the required period of time.The verdict means that only Cabel will run against Eini and MK Amir Peretz will drop out of the race.Peretz had promised in advance of the court hearing that if Cabel was permitted to run he would drop out.Cabel and Peretz will meet on Monday to discuss strategy for defeating Eini.Read the full story here90-year-old Ramat Gan man chokes on doughnut, in critical condition
