Israel Police announced on Wednesday that officials located balloons with a suspicions object attached to them at the entrance of the Eshkol Regional Council in southern Israel. Police detectives, accompanied by a bomb disposal squad, concluded after a close examination that the attached object was in fact an explosive device and neutralized it on the spot. No injuries or property damage was reported.
