Attorney Avigdor Feldman, representing former President Moshe Katsav in the Supreme Court appeal against his rape conviction told justices Sunday that Aleph, the main complainant in the rape case, "suffered significant memory difficulties" in her testimony against Katsav.Feldman also reminded the court that all the claims of rape were based only on Aleph's words, and that there was "no additional evidence."Katsav was convicted in December of two counts of rape, two counts of sexual harassment, an indecent act using force, and obstruction of justice. He has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
