Veteran broadcaster Michael (Mickey) Miro, has been unanimously appointed head of Israel Radio by the Israel Broadcasting Authority Tenders Committee.The appointment was announced late Sunday afternoon.Miro is best known for his talk show programs in which he interviews people involved in social welfare, environmental and domestic tourism projects.
