National Union MK Aryeh Eldad on Saturday attacked Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu over a Yediot Aharonot reported claiming the PM had been willing to return the Golan heights to Syria as part of a peace deal.Eldad charged that Netanyahu was willing to sell the land of Israel in exchange for political gain.He also accused the White House of leaking the story as payback for Netanyahu's alleged interference in the US elections.Over the past four years the Obama administration has repeatedly used Yediot as a medium to bypass the Netanyahu administration and reach out to Israelis.
