Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in an address on Thursday that should coronavirus morbidity rates in a city rise, he will recommend that it be placed under lockdown. 'If this city or another has an increase in infection, I will recommend to lock it down - it does not matter which city it is,' Netanyahu said.
