Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday night and expressed his condolence over the deaths of the 92 people aboard a Syria-bound plane from Russia that crashed into the Black Sea. The two leaders also discussed the current situation in the Middle East, according to the Kremlin.
