No movement in yet another negotiation session, says IMA

Yet another negotiation session between the Finance Ministry and the employers of the 20,000 public-sector doctors ended on Thursday with no progress, the Israel Medical Association announced.
IMA chairman Dr. Leonid Eidelman said the physicians were "deeply disappointed, as the Treasury doesn’t understand our determination to save the health system." About two weeks ago, the IMA’s declared work dispute was officially recognized, allowing the doctors to strike when they want.
The sides have been talking fruitlessly for eight months, said the IMA, and the Treasury is still "saying the same things."
