Rockets were fired towards the Green Zone in Baghdad where the US embassy is located for a second time within a matter of hours on Thursday night, according to Iraqi media.
Three rockets landed in an empty square in the Green Zone. Rocket launchers were found by security forces in an area west of Baghdad.
Earlier, a Katyusha rocket was fired towards the area. No injuries or damage were reported.
