Israel’s Boris Gelfand tied the third of four games with defending-champion Viswanathan Anand in the face-off final in Moscow on Wednesday, which will decide the World Chess Championship.The first rapid game ended in a draw, and mistakes in the second game led to a loss for the Israeli.
