The Railway board approved the principles of a train-safety plan that was presented to and then adopted by the Transportation Minister Yaakov Katz last week, Israel Radio reported.The board was instructed to review the plan and present conclusions to the Transportation Minister by the end of the month.Tomorrow, Katz and and Histadrut chairman will discuss the labor dispute between management and train employees.
