UK summons Iranian ambassador over Mercer Street attack

The UK Foreign Office summoned Iran's Ambassador in London Mohsen Baharvand on Monday, following Iran's attack on the Mercer Street vessel in the Gulf, which killed a British and a Romanian national.
UK Minister for the Middle East James Cleverly summoned Baharvand, and "reiterated that Iran must immediately cease actions that risk international peace and security, and reinforced that vessels must be allowed to navigate freely in accordance with international law," the Foreign Office stated.
Romania summoned the Iranian ambassador in Bucharest, as well.
