Video documents suspected 'price tag' attack near Nablus

Assailants perpetrated on Thursday morning a suspected "price tag" attack near Nablus, slashing the tires of four vehicles and spray painting anti-Arab graffiti on a fence.Human rights organization B'Tselem released a video Thursday night documenting the incident in the village Kabalan. In the video, the perpetrators can be seen slashing the tires of a car parked at a gas station.One of the suspects was standing next to a wall on which graffiti was discovered this morning, reading "mutual responsibility, Esh Kodesh," referring to a settlement where clashes occured between security forces and settlers this week.
