Washington delegation will only have to isolate for five days

The politicians and media who traveled to Washington this week for the signing of peace treaties between Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain will only need to isolate for five days, the Health Ministry approved Wednesday morning.
The delegation will be required to stay home, but not in a separate or isolated room, the ministry further approved.
Travelers who return from red states are generally required to isolate for 14 days.
The Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that prior to the Israeli delegation's departure to Washington the participants were divided into capsules and instructed to follow strict social distancing rules as to avoid infection.
Upon arrival to Israel, delegation members were required to enter isolation. In the coming days, epidemiological investigations will be conducted on each passenger who was aboard the plane to Washington.
If the investigation reveals that a delegation member deviated from any of the instructions, he or she will be required to remain in isolation for 14 days.
