It is inexcusable that while Hamas continues to hold Gilad Schalit and fires rockets at Israel, its leaders comfortably sit in their homes. In light of the strengthening of Hamas, continued terrorism, growing chaos and the weakening of Abbas, the state of Israel must change its policy of restraint and take determined action against terrorist infrastructure in Gaza.
Israel must adopt a policy of offensive operations that determines, in its core, that anyone who is involved in terrorism is a target. They need to know that Israel's long arm will reach them.
