No soldiers injured as terrorists explode second device when backup forces arrive; 3 rockets also fired into southern Israel.

Palestinian terrorists fired an RPG at IDF forces stationed near the Gaza border fence on Friday, according to the IDF Spokesman's Office.No injuries were reported in the attack, but the border fence was damaged by the RPG. The terrorists set off an explosive device on the Gaza side of the border upon the arrival of backup IDF forces. No injuries were reported in the second explosion.IDF tanks responded by firing upon the assailants.Also on Friday, three rockets were fired from Gaza into southern Israel. The first rocket landed in the Ashkelon Coast Regional Council area and the second and third rockets landed in the Eshkol Regional Council area. No injuries or damage were reported in the attacks.The IDF responded that it views Hamas as responsible for the rocket attacks, saying that the organization endangers the residents of Gaza and is responsible for all future action which the IDF takes in order to stop the terrorist threat and maintain relative quiet in the area.
