Ynet reported that he had first gone to Eilat and then traveled to Jerusalem, where he will be staying for a few days.Emanuel announced last year that he planned to make his son’s bar mitzva at the Western Wall, but Maariv reported at the weekend that he had opted for a private gathering in Jerusalem instead, after far-right activists threatened to disrupt the celebration to protest the Obama administration’s policies on Israel.
