Accused Nazi guard John Demjanjuk, 88, lost a US Supreme Court appeal seeking to reverse an order that he be deported to the Ukraine, his native country.
The court refused to hear the appeal, Army Radio reported.
According to a Reuters report, Demjanjuk has been entangled in a legal battle with the US Justice Department since 1977.
He was wrongly convicted of being sadistic Nazi death camp guard "Ivan the Terrible" in Israel and sentenced to death. The conviction was overturned by the Israeli Supreme Court when evidence arose showing another man to likely be "Ivan" at Treblinka.
