Iranian official news agency says police is ruling out sabotage in an explosion in the southern Iranian city of Shiraz and is saying instead that leftover military ammunition could have caused it.
The police chief of the southern Fars Province, Gen. Ali Moayyedi has said in comments carried by the state IRNA news agency that he "rejects" the possibility of an intentional bombing and "any sort of insurgency" in the late Saturday blast at the packed mosque.
The death toll in the blast meanwhile has risen to 11 people killed and 191 wounded.
