Amid the ongoing conflict, many children have taken it upon themselves to reach out to the soldiers defending Israel in various regions.

Corporal Netanel, who serves in the Karakal Battalion, received a moving letter from a four-year-old boy and was touched to find out that he carries his very same name, Netanel. He decided to respond and expressed his hope to meet him.

"There is nothing quite like the support we receive from our fellow citizens,” the soldier said. “Each morning, as we prepare to carry out our duties, we are reminded of the unwavering support we have. In my response to 4-year-old Netanel's letter, I assured him that he has nothing to worry about and we are committed to securing victory."

An opportunity to meet

The child’s family was also very touched by the soldier’s reaction.

"We are delighted to bring smiles to our beloved soldiers,” said the boy’s mother. “Witnessing Corporal Netanel’s kindness was a genuinely moving experience for us. My son Netanel and our entire family eagerly anticipate the opportunity to meet him once the war ends.”
