Did Benjamin Netanyahu's Passover seder break coronavirus regulations?

During the video, the son of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Avner, can be clearly seen. This is after Netanyahu ordered families not to visit one another on the holiday.

Did Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu not follow his own policy of social distancing during the Seder?

This is what many people online argued when Keshet's Channel 12's televised Seder showed the prime minister and his son Avner discussing aspects of the Seder at the family table.
Although older brother Yair lives with the 71-year old prime minister and Sara Netanyahu at the Prime Minister's Residence, Avner lives on his own.
Netanyahu enforced a country-wide lock-down to prevent people from holding large seder meal and potentially infecting older family members with the coronavirus.
The Prime Minister's Office reported that Avner is not residing with his parents, which means that he had been flouting the health regulations on a regular basis as an earlier video he shared on social media showed him playing with his new puppy in the yard of the Prime Minister's home.
Former Israeli ambassador to South Africa and Azerbaijan Arthur Lenk  tweeted: "Share an explanation of why this might be OK. After demanding from all of us to #StayAtHome and not have kids/parents come to our sedars, Bibi had his son join him and his wife (and live-in other son) last night."
Former IDF spokesman Peter Lerner tweeted: "Why did Netanyahu have to fail so miserably at leading by example?"
Sources close to Netanyahu released an announcement during the holiday saying that there was no wrongdoing on the Netanyahus part, as Avner lives nearby, has spent many hours at the official residence, and abides by the Health Ministry regulations.
The Health Minister's CEO Bar Siman-Tov declined to address the issue when asked about it on Thursday night on Channel 13.
