Iraqi protests rocked the middle eastern nation recently as thousands took to the streets and called for an end to corruption and what some see as an Iranian take-over of the country.

According to Turkish media, one protester brought a lion to help him stay safe from police brutality and protect other protesters.
The lion is seen in the video wrapped with the Iraqi flag.
