A 12-year-old girl nearly drowned Saturday near Surf Beach at the Sea of Galilee and was rushed in serious condition to Emek Hospital in Afula.
She was rescued by swimmers that were at the beach, and was treated by MDA teams.
Police were investigating the the incident.
