2 youths arrested for allegedly gouging out taxi driver's eye, robbing him

Two youths, aged 19 and 20 were arrested for allegedly robbing a 72-year-old taxi driver and gouging out his eye with a screw driver. The youths were scheduled to be brought before a judge for a remand extension Wednesday morning, Army Radio reported.
