Palestinians: IDF troops raid Nablus city hall, mosques
By JPOST.COM STAFF
Palestinians on Wednesday said IDF troops have raided the city hall of the West Bank town of Nablus, confiscating five computers.
They also said troops raided six mosques Wednesday and seized five buses belonging to schools close to Hamas.
Nablus' mayor, Adli Yaish, is a Hamas politician who has been imprisoned by Israel.
Businesses planned a general strike Wednesday to protest the crackdown.
The military had no immediate comment. But this week, troops have raided and shut down various Hamas-linked facilities in Nablus.
