Police submit findings of Ein Gedi rape charges to prosecutors

Police have completed their investigation into accusations of rape by two Danish tourists, who accused three young men from Kibbutz Ein Gedi of raping them.
"The decision on what to do next now lies with the prosecution," a Negev Police spokesman said.
On Wednesday, a Be'er Sheva District Court released a 22 year-old man from house arrest. In mid-May, two other suspects in the case were released from custody, after the judge concluded that there was insufficient evidence to continue to hold them.
Prosecutors did not appeal that decision.
