Six Jerusalem teens were indicted in the Jerusalem District Court last week for gang-raping a 13-year-old girl on two separate occasions last year.
The victim, now 14, who attends a prominent Jerusalem high school, was first raped in a southern Jerusalem neighborhood on a Friday night in November after drinking vodka with two girlfriends outside.
According to the charge sheet, the six, who range in age from 14-17, arrived on the scene and asked the victim to follow them. The girl, who knew some of the boys from high school, agreed.
Shortly thereafter, as the group reached a parking lot, one of the teens grabbed the victim, laid her down on the top of a car, undressed her and raped her, even as the intoxicated girl asked him to stop, the indictment states.
According to the charge sheet, after the teen finished raping her, he pinned her down on the car as his friend, who was sitting on a nearby bench with the five others, approached the girl and raped her as well. The others then took turns raping her, after which the victim was dropped off in another city neighborhood, the indictment says.
A passer-by who noticed her lying on the street brought the girl home to her own house, where she treated her for her injuries, police said. The woman did not know that the girl had been raped, and thought that she injured herself outside.
The victim then went home but did not tell her parents what had happened.
A week later, the girl was standing at a city bus stop in the evening when she was spotted by two of the teens who raped her who were in a car driven by a 45-year-old Jerusalem Arab, Ahmed Kour Dabash, the charge sheet said.
According to the indictment, the two teens forced her into the car, sat next to her and intoxicated her before driving her to the city's Armon Hanatziv neighborhood, where they and the Arab man each raped her in the back of the vehicle.
Afterwards, they drove the girl to the city's adjacent Arnona neighborhood where they dropped her off on the street, the indictment reads.
The suspected teenage rapists cannot be named because they are minors.
Police asked the court to remand the seven alleged rapists through the duration of their trial.
