The state on Thursday indicted the suspected killer of Anat Pliner in the Tel Aviv District Court, charging him with murder during an attempted robbery in aggravated circumstances.
The defendant, identified as Tet because he is still a minor, was charged with stabbing Pliner in the stomach twice after telling her that he was a neighbor and demanding that she "give me all the money you have."
Immediately afterwards, according to the indictment, he took out a knife belonging to his father and, while still demanding the money, stabbed her.
Pliner's two children were with her when she was killed. The murder occurred on April 10, 2006.
Tet was 15 years old at the time.
