Ze'evi's son petitions HCJ: No Hamas on J'm ballot

Israel's High Court of Justice is considering on Monday morning a petition brought against Hamas participation in Jerusalem during the upcoming Palestinian Parliamentary elections. The family of the late Rehavam Ze'evi, assasinated former tourism minister, and the Abukasis family, who lost their daughter Ayala in a Kassam rocket attack in Sderot, initiated the complaint. The families appealed to the HCJ not to allow Hamas to appear on voting forms, saying that it was inconceivable that a hostile terrorist group, which advocates the destruction of Israel, should be permitted to use Israel's election facilities, Army Radio reported.
