A scientific article written jointly by a professor from Haifa's Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and a professor from Rehovot's Weizmann Institute of Science has been crowned 2008's most widely-read article by the world's largest scientific society, reports Yediot Haifa.
The article, by Dr. Husam Haik of the Technion and Prof. David Cahen of the Weizmann Institute, was published in a reputed scientific journal in January and discussed how to build microscopic electrical contacts. The American Chemical Society, the world's largest scientific society, has now named it the most widely read article of 2008.
