The Southern District Attorney filed an indictment in the Beersheba District Court on Sunday, charging two men from the Beduin village of Hura with murdering a man during a family feud.
Hussein Abulakian, aged 36, and 33-year-old Osama Abulakian allegedly shot the victim, Omar Abu Sabit, in the head during a dramatic shootout in the village in February.
According to the indictment, the shooting began at noon on February 27th, when Hussein and Osama deliberately smashed their Mitsubishi car into a Toyota carrying four of their rivals from the Abu Sabit family.
The two defendants allegedly then fired at the occupants of the Toyota, two of whom, Shariff Abu Sabit and Omar Karab Abu Sabit, managed to flee the scene on foot. One of the men, however, Walid Karab Abu Sabit, was shot in the left shoulder, the indictment said.
Shariff, who is serving in the IDF, used his army-issued gun to fire back at the defendants in order to defend himself, the indictment charges.
During the shooting, another car - this time a black Skoda - arrived on the scene, containing two more members of the Abu Sabit family, named Mohammed and Walid Dhamma,  according to the indictment.
Meanwhile, the murder victim Omar Abu Sabit arrived on the scene in a silver Skoda.
As Omar drove up, Hussein and Obama allegedly got out of their car, each holding a gun, and continued firing at Mohammed and Walid Dhamma, who leapt out of their car.
A third assailant, whose identity is not known to police, approached the scene on foot and began firing at Mohammed, the indictment said, but he and Walid Dhamma managed to run away.
However, Hussein, Obama and the third man allegedly continued walking towards Omar's car, firing at him even as Omar fell out onto the ground.

Omar was rushed to the Soroka hospital in a taxi, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
One bullet had lodged in his skull, and three others had penetrated his torso, piercing his lung, heart and liver. Other bullets had hit Omar's shoulder and legs.
In addition to murder, Osama and Hussein are also charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, carrying weapons, and malicious injury.
