Video footage shot by a bystander in Jerusalem showed the exact moment that a construction vehicle was used to carry out a terror attack in Jerusalem on Monday.One person was killed in the attack, and the driver of the construction vehicle, Mohammad Jabbis,a resident of the Jabel Mukaber neighborhood, was shot and killed by police.
