Cooking with JPost: How to segment an orange
Oranges are a pretty versatile fruit - great for salads, great on their own and even to cook with. Check out Chef Yochanan's simple trick to divide an orange below. 
What you will need:
Oranges
Chopping board
Sharp knife
 
STEP 1: Slice top and bottom off orange
 
STEP 2: Slice off orange skin around the orange
STEP 3: Take knife and cut orange wedge toward center of fruit then twist knife and repeat action up the other way. Follow the orange wedges all around: cut, swivel, twist and repeat.
