Chef Yochanan shows you how easy it is to make the traditional Middle Eastern desert Malabi. The delicious desert is infused with rosewater and has a sweet custard flavor. 
What you'll need: 
One cup of milk or coconut milk (which can be half coconut milk and half water)
One tablespoon of sahlab OR one tablespoon of cornflower with a little rosewater and sugar
For topping: Any berries cooked with some water and sugar
 
Step one:
Boil milk and add the sahlab mixture and stir until mixture thickens
Step two:
Pour into glasses and let cool for 10 minutes

Step three:
Add berry mixture and a dash of coconut
