Cooking with JPost: Marinated rib-eye steak
Chef Yochanan Lambiase shows JPost how to cook a delicious, Middle Eastern steak with Mediterranean flavors. This exciting version is served alongside a sweet potato ravioli to compliment the flavors of the steak.
What you'll need: 
200 gram rib-eye steak 
Ravioli 
Fresh thyme
Sweet water chestnuts 
Red onion - half, finely chopped
Sweet potato, peeled and deep fried 
 
Step one: 
Heat pan and place steak on pan for 3 minutes on each side. 
Step two:
Put some salt and pepper in a pan and add the onion. Let it cook for a few seconds and then add the ravioli. Then add the fresh thyme and sweet water chestnuts. 
Step three:
Put together a colorful, delicious-looking plate!
