In an overnight press conference, IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Benny Gantz gave an update on the IDF's role in the ongoing search for the three Israeli boys kidnapped by Hamas."We have a goal: to find these three boys and bring them home, and to damage Hamas as much as possible," said Gantz. He emphasized that all the work being done in cooperation with other security forces, including the Israel Police, has been done very well so far."We are dealing with a very serious incident that is also tied into other incidents," he said. "The IDF, in close cooperation with the other security forces, has been operating according to national orders for the past two days, wherever it needed as the scope of the investigation widens.""We will continue this work and do everything needed to bring this case to a close as soon as possible."Gantz's statements come on the heels of two days worth of arrests in the Hebron area, in which 150 people have been taken into custody, in attempts to get information that will help locate, Gilad Sha'ar, Eyal Yifrach, and Naftali Frankel, who were kidnapped by Hamas on Thursday night near Hebron.
