The BBB group continues to expand its retail operations under the express brand: BBB BY THE WAY and will open a branch this week on the Avenue of Shops and Restaurants in the main lobby of the Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv. Additional branches of the brand were opened in the last six months in the Dvira complex in the south of Israel, in Food Trucks located in the Dor Alon complexes on Route 6 and at other points.
This is an express branch in the establishment of which about 1.1 million NIS was invested, which covers an area of 90 square meters and offers about 20 places to sit. The branch will serve the public hospitalized in the hospital, their guests and companions, the medical staff and the residents of the surrounding area.
Also, the new branch stand will offer self-collection services in addition to seating. The place also operates a self-serving method, and the branch is networked with friendly, convenient, sales and accessible digital ordering stations, without the need to wait for the cashier.
The branch in Ichilov will be operated by a franchisee - restaurateur Kobi Ezran, who also owns a cafe and a juice stand in the Ichilov food complex.
Ahuva Turgeman, CEO of the BBB Group said: "The opening of the BBB BY THE WAY branch in Ichilov is another and central pillar in our business development strategy. We want to meet the Israeli consumer in additional, new and surprising places, outside of the existing and familiar restaurants. Our existing audience, as well as new audiences meeting us for the first time, will be able to enjoy excellent meals, at affordable prices and with uncompromising qualities, similar to the culinary method that leads all of our business activities, in all brands."
The BY THE WAY brand from BBB operates as an express brand, offering a variety of dishes based on the parent chain's menu, including the fresh beef hamburgers that are ground every morning on site, tortillas, salads and other dishes.
