I tested the response time of DoMyEssay and EduBirdie. The support team of both websites answered me immediately, in under a minute. However, from my experience, DoMyEssay.com was more professional. I asked the representative for order status updates and made inquiries about guarantees, including revisions and the money-back policy. The DoMyEssay representative was attentive and addressed my questions directly and immediately. 

In contrast, communication was more difficult in EduBirdie.com reviews. I needed to repeat myself a few times to get an answer to simple questions about the service because the representative asked me unrelated questions instead.
