"How many people do you know who are locked in a cage and living in a bubble?" Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto asked in his talk this week in Miami. "These people don't know how to get out of the box and look at life in a different way," he explained.

Rabbi Pinto illustrated what he meant: "For example, a man earns money by selling tables, and he can’t think of doing more than that. He can sell chairs and lamps as well, but what’s holding him back? He can't get out of his box."

"Why did you shut yourself in and lock yourself in this box? You can do many more good things and succeed in many other areas, but the first step is to get out of your bubble. Think outside the box," he added.

At the end of his talk, Rabbi Pinto said: "A person reaches old age and at the end of his life he cries and asks himself, ‘Why didn't I do more things in my life? Why did I stay stuck in a box?’ You have to think big about life."

Rabbi Pinto explained that depression also comes from being fixated. A person is locked in his imaginations and doesn’t think correctly about life. Watch his words.
