The Nova Tribe Community Association, which was established as part of an initiative by the producers of the Nova Festival after the tragic events of October 7th, continues its efforts to support the rehabilitation and return to normalcy for festival survivors and their families. The association's mission is to commemorate the victims and share their stories with the world.

As part of its efforts, the association holds weekly community days on Wednesdays, which include various body and mind therapy sessions. Now, with a new and unique project –  Wellness Day  – the Nova Tribe Community Association, in collaboration with Emma Greenberg, will host wellness days every Friday, dedicated to the well-being of survivors. The project focuses on nurturing both the physical and mental health of survivors.

Every Friday, various activities will take place, including Pilates training, retreat therapies, NLP workshops, breathing workshops, lectures, and more. Initially, the activities will be held at the “Forest of Possibilities” in Petah Tikva and will rotate to other locations every Friday to ensure that all survivors can participate in these special days, even if Wednesdays are not suitable for their schedules due to other commitments.

The workshops will be led by top professionals: Orit Peretz (Yoga in Motion), Emma Greenberg (Pilates), Hofit Gindi Yitzhak (NLP), and Yishai Maganji (Breathing Workshop). Each session will accommodate up to 40 participants, providing both emotional and physical support.

Riff Peretz, Chairperson of the Nova Tribe Community Association:

"The association was established out of a deep commitment to commemorating the victims and assisting in the rehabilitation of survivors and their families. We work to restore them to an optimal routine as much as possible by providing access to emotional and physical therapy options, as well as employment rehabilitation programs and guidance in realizing their social rights."
