Rabbi Yoel Pinto, the son and successor of Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto, is spearheading a marathon of inspiring Torah talks all over Israel. Just this week, Rabbi Yoel Pinto arrived in the cities of Ashdod, Ashkelon, Holon, Bat Yam, Herzliya, Shoham, Azor, Bat Hadar and other cities where he inspired thousands of participants with Torah ideas and encouraging words.

Last night Rabbi Yoel Pinto gave a Torah talk open to the wide public in Bat Yam, in the Tefillat Achim halls on Sokolov Street.

That morning, he was a special guest at the bar mitzvah celebration of Ariel, the eldest son of TV host Ofira Assayig, in a Tel Aviv synagogue.

Among the participants was Keshet CEO Avi Nir, broadcaster Didi Harari, Leah Schnirer, sensory artist Shimi Attias, Eli Taviv, producer Yaron Lichtenstein, Sorella Katorza, Penina Rosenblum and many others.

Speaking to the audience, Rabbi Yoel Pinto explained the importance of the bar mitzvah celebration. "The main point of this great day is taking responsibility. The child becomes an adult who takes responsibility for his actions. When a person takes responsibility for his actions, he is deserving to be considered an adult," he elucidated.

"My father and teacher, Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto, specifically asked me to come to Israel to participate in the bar mitzvah of dear Ariel, whose parents are sanctifying God’s Name and spreading light in the world," Rabbi Yoel Pinto explained.
