Some of the strides taken by our repositories of artworks and other important artifacts will be accessible – and free of charge – on May 9, when this year’s Museum Day event takes place.

On Thursday, May 9, about 100 museums across the country will open their doors gratis and offer unique events in honor of International Museum Day.
