The finance minister drew criticism from members both of the opposition and the coalition when he announced two weeks ago he would withhold NIS 2.5 billion.
The new poll leaves the current coalition with 55 seats and the former coalition with 60 seats.
In a new poll, Benny Gantz's party takes the lead, suggesting that if a new election were to take place today, the opposition would have a majority.
"I am a decent person, and this would be the death of decency. It cannot be in Israel that there will be no opposition to corruption," Lapid said.
"The current survey indicates that the general public sees great importance in Israel's national unity, while the Israeli government has neglected this issue," said "Gesher" CEO Ilan Geal Dor.
In two polls published on Tuesday, the current opposition was projected to earn over 60 seats in the next elections.
The two groups, although diametrically opposed in a battle over the soul of Israeli democracy, demonstrated that they're both motivated by a shared love for their country.
The opposition boycotted the vote, and the final tally was 64-0.
It is time for Netanyahu to take the reins of the listing ship, and say “enough.”
Members of both the opposition and coalition rejected Gantz's statement.
