Elderly couple found dead in J'lem, believed murdered
Man and woman's bodies showing signs of violence discovered by son in Ramot apartment; neighbor says she heard screams.

Noah and Nurit Maoz, a couple in their 70s, were found dead with signs of violence on their bodies in an apartment in Jerusalem’s northern Ramot neighborhood on Sunday.Police deployed a special team to investigate the incident, saying that stab wounds were found on the corpses.RELATED:18 years for youth who stabbed Ramat Hasharon lawyer
The couple was discovered when their 30-year-old son arrived at the apartment.A woman from a neighboring apartment also called emergency services saying that her neighbors had been murdered.She reported having heard screams coming from the apartment during the night, but said she had not informed police.Magen David Adom paramedics called to the scene of the incident pronounced the couple dead.
