The final results in Russia's parliamentary election are out.The ruling United Russia party has won by a slim majority with 49.32 percent of the vote.RELATED:Gorbachev calls for retake on Russian electionsThis shows the growing discontent with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's rule and the political system he has dominated for 12 years.Russian opposition groups are taking to the streets against what they call a mass election fraud.They are calling on thousands to join them in a peaceful mass protest planned for Saturday."These ribbons symbolize another eruption of people's outrage against what was happening during all of these days, all this lawlessness of authorities," said one Moscow resident.On December 5, 5000 people participated in the largest opposition protest in Moscow in years.About 1000 people have been detained by police since last Sunday but this is not discouraging one protester.
