Danny Danon: Israel will not give the Golan to a war criminal

Danny Danon, Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, slammed the international community on Thursday for considering that Israel might relinquish the Golan Heights to Syria.

"No nation will give up a strategic asset to it's enemy," Israeli media reported the ambassador as saying. "Does the International Community seriously think we will give the Golan to a war criminal?"
