Jerusalem Affairs Minister Ze'ev Elkin congratulated the IDF on the completion of Operation Northern Shield on Sunday. 'Today we learned how much the operation in the north is important as we reached the end of the operation,' Elkin said. 'This is a great achievement for the security forces.'
